Tyler Simpson, also known as Ty Tannic, hails from Fords, New Jersey, and is a multifaceted talent working for Colab Entertainment. His roles within the company include being a musician, engineer, producer, recording artist, and actor. With an impressive production portfolio, Ty has created approximately 70 beats as a producer. As an artist, he has recorded two albums, "Escape From Hell" and "Qwest For Piece," both available on various platforms. Ty's musical prowess extends beyond his solo work, as he has been featured in songs by several artists, such as Lay-Z, Clever XO, and Dysfunction of Deathsown Productions, among others. Notably, he has also served as an engineer for numerous tracks by these artists. Ty's passion for music dates back to his early years in the nineties, and it was solidified after the loss of his uncle in 2019. During the onset of the pandemic, Ty, alongside his sister (known as the Piecemaker) and her husband (Qwest), formed Colab Entertainment with the objective of supporting artists, including himself, by providing investment opportunities and a platform for performances. Influenced by diverse artists spanning multiple genres, including Biggie Smalls, Wu-Tang Clan, Linkin Park, and Bob Marley, Ty draws inspiration from their music and showcases his own compositions to captivate audiences.
