In an era where your rare wordsmith often gets overlooked, Will Love is looking to redefine the stigma as he continues on his path towards stardom. The Charleston resident grew up in New Orleans, where he discovered a love for lyrical emcees such as Andre 3000, Lil Wayne, Mystikal, and 50 Cent. A rigorous upbringing led him to turn his pain into a passion as he began writing lyrics and melodies at a young age. He established a name for himself in the south by 2014 when Love dropped his mixtape The Substance Prefix, which amassed thousands of downloads and garnered him much attention in his hometown.
